Milestone 1: Establishing Strategy and Structure

You'll explore your potential content and process management role and how to build an effective, organic social media strategy and structure. Through bite-sized e-learning videos, coaching, and hands-on templates, you'll craft a social media strategy powered by active co-workers on social media platforms. You will work with Apostle's SRO professional to establish this strategy, identifying key content pillars, growth objectives, and the type of content to be distributed through your colleagues according to a clear structure.

Milestone 2: Onboarding Your Team
- With a solid strategy and ready-to-go software, you'll begin onboarding your initial group of colleagues. Start small, think big—we recommend kicking things off with about 10-15 colleagues. This pilot phase allows you to activate your first group of co-workers and prepare for scaling. Apostle's SRO professional will advise on selecting the right colleagues.
- You'll personally reach out to this first group, sharing why you're launching your organic social media strategy and the benefits of their participation. Moreover, you'll host a kick-off to brief your colleagues on expectations, set up accounts in the software together, and add everyone to Apostle. The framework supports you with tasks and templates to ensure smooth onboarding and understanding of everyone's roles.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour per person.
Milestone 3: Distributing Post Via All Co-workers

Your Apostle SRO professional will continue to support you and assist in drafting a scaling plan based on insights from the initial group.
Step 5: Monitoring, Reporting, and Adjusting
You will generate a report in the Apostle statistics dashboard to track the progress of your organic social media strategy each month. Together with your Apostle SRO professional, you will review the activities of your brand ambassadors and the performance of your content across social media channels. Based on these insights, you will make necessary adjustments. The framework also provides tips, templates, and best practices to keep your team engaged.
Duration: Monthly, approximately 1 hour per person.
