About the SRO framework

SRO program: the Social Activator

Social Activators play a critical role in inspiring the rest of the organization to actively share content on social media. They have great influence and can inspire staff to join the program.

The Social Activators are visible, influential figures at C-level who can inspire and motivate.

What is expected?

These colleagues will participate in progress reports and assist the SRO Professional as they activate the team and identify potential Social Ambassadors. The perfect candidates will be eager to play a driving role and contribute to the project; their participation will help to dispel any fears around time commitment, as some of the busiest people in your company.

Activities

  • Sharing thought leadership content
  • Explaining the framework’s impact on business objectives
  • Demonstrating how influence works in their own networks

Their support will lend lots of credibility to the framework and add weight to the message that this is the direction of travel for your company.
