About the SRO framework

SRO program: the Social Ambassador

Social Ambassadors are the final step in bringing the stories that have been gathered, curated and visualized to life. And the great news is, it’s also a role that can be completed with just a few clicks.

These people are the beating heart of the framework. Once content has been located, created, and curated, they release it to their networks. Of course, the SRO Professionals, activators, and creators will also be fulfilling the Social Ambassador role by posting content on their accounts.

What is expected?

Your Social Ambassadors are the employees and stakeholders who post your content on their personal accounts. They are the final piece of the puzzle, shining a light on your company’s activities, and building brand awareness. This gives their followers an invaluable insight into what it’s like to work for your company. It also provides insight into company content for lead generation and builds general awareness.

Who?

The great news is that anyone who wants to be involved can do this role - the more brand ambassadors the better. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to get involved in communications, starting at a level they can feel comfortable with.

  • Basic digital skills - but all training will be provided
  • Enthusiasm!
